InsituArtRoom Marketplace

When you use the InsituArtRoom Marketplace to buy or sell artwork, we may collect additional information necessary to facilitate the transaction. This may include your name, email address, shipping address, artist or seller profile information, artwork information, order details, shipping information, courier and tracking information, and transaction-related communications.

We use this information to facilitate purchases and sales between buyers and artists, communicate transaction updates, provide sellers with the information necessary to arrange delivery, help manage payments and payment authorizations, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain records relating to Marketplace transactions.

Marketplace Payments

Payments for artwork purchased through the InsituArtRoom Marketplace are processed using Stripe. InsituArtRoom does not store buyers' full payment card details. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own privacy and security practices.

Information relating to a Marketplace transaction may be shared with the artist or seller involved in that transaction when necessary to complete the sale and arrange shipment. For example, after a purchase is authorized, the seller may receive the buyer's name, shipping address and other information required to deliver the artwork.

Marketplace Sellers

Artists who choose to sell artwork through InsituArtRoom may provide information such as their artist name, biography, contact information, website, social media profiles, country, seller information and information required for payment processing.

Certain artist profile information may be displayed publicly on the InsituArtRoom Marketplace. Payment account and verification information required to receive payments may be collected and processed by Stripe.

Shipping Information

When purchasing physical artwork, buyers may provide a shipping address and other delivery information. This information may be provided to the seller of the artwork so that the seller can calculate shipping costs, arrange shipment and deliver the artwork to the buyer.

Newsletter and Email Communications

We may collect your email address when you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter through the app or website. Your email address is used solely to send you:

• News and announcements.
• Creative tips.
• Exclusive content.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email. Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our app. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
