View artwork details and AR previews
Review the artwork's images, description, dimensions, price and other available details before making a decision.
When an artist has enabled an Augmented Reality (AR) preview, you can see how the artwork looks in your own space. AR previews are a visual aid; check the listed dimensions and artwork details as well.
Tip: Not every artwork displayed on InsituArtRoom is offered for sale. Check that the artwork is marked as available for purchase.
Sign in to your account
Sign in or create an InsituArtRoom account to continue with your purchase. If you already use the app, use your existing account.
Keep your contact and delivery information accurate so the artist can confirm shipping to the correct destination.
Request shipping confirmation
When you want to buy an artwork, submit your shipping destination through the purchase flow. The artist receives your request and confirms that the artwork is still available and provides the shipping cost.
You do not need to guess the shipping price: it is confirmed before you complete payment.
Important: A shipping request is not a completed purchase. Wait for the artist's confirmation and review the final amount before paying.
Review the total and pay securely
Once shipping is confirmed, review the artwork price, shipping cost and total shown at checkout. Make sure your delivery details are correct.
Complete payment using the methods offered in your Stripe Checkout session. Available payment methods can vary by device, location and transaction.
Only complete your purchase through the official InsituArtRoom checkout.
Follow your order and delivery
After payment, the artist carefully packages and ships the original artwork. Artists are asked to ship within 72 hours and provide shipment and tracking information.
Use your order information and any tracking details provided to follow the delivery. If you need help with an order, contact InsituArtRoom support.
Confirm receipt or report an issue
When your artwork arrives, check that you received the correct item and that it matches the listing. Follow the order flow to confirm receipt.
If there is a problem, use the available order option to report it and contact support promptly. Do not confirm that everything is satisfactory before checking the delivery.
For questions about a particular order, include your order reference when contacting support. Any return or refund request is subject to the applicable Terms of Use and the information provided for the transaction.

No. Artists can also showcase work that is not available for purchase.

Who ships the artwork?
The artist is responsible for packaging and shipping the original artwork.
How do I pay?
